Hi,

Adenomyosis is not much of a problem in conceiving. So you can go ahead with your IVF cycle. After pregnancy also there will not be any problem to sustain it. I think the chance of pregnancy depends much on your endometrial thickness, embryo quality and the blood flow of the uterus. Don't worry about adenomyosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Khushboo Priya
