Is Pressure In The Ear With Slight Hearing Loss Post An Injury A Concern?

hi my brother just slapped me on the ear HARD and now when I close my nose with my hand and push air, I can feel air coming out and I recorded it with my iphonr , I can HEAR the air and now I can slightly not hear any thing and also before this incident I can control the air pressure of my ear my doing the same thing but it doesn t have air coming out and the air coming out is only by my LEFT ear and when I asked my brother to what to do , he said wait 1 or 2 days or wait till the morning and now its 9:45 . so........WHAT TO DO .

You should be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. It sounds like you have a ruptured ear drum. This may need a repair or other treatment. See a doctor soon.
