General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. A complete loss of eardrum needs surgery. If there is injury to the nerve responsible for hearing, there is no Definite Surgical treatment for that till date. If there is facial nerve injury , it can be repaired in a certain ares only. so please go ahead for the surgery.
