Is Pressure In The Temples After A Head Injury A Matter Of Concern?

I got into an accident 4 days ago and had blunt force trauma to the head (left eye area) but was never looked at properly for it. Major bruising and swelling this morning when i woke up (day 4). Upper eyelid, not lower. There is still pain and now im having migraines with pressure in temples, feel and hear a cracking noise in eyebrow bone lower near the eye socket and some pain radiating to top of nose. Also, I had nasal reconstructive surgery in 2015. Any idea if i should worry still after waiting this long?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should get examined by a doctor. Possibility of bleeding in subcutaneous plain is likely cause of swelling and discoloration of upper eyelid. Headache may aggravate too. Getting examined and CT if required is advisable.
