Is Prolonged Intake Of Stamlo Safe Despite Normal BP Levels?

Hi doctor, My grandmother had been infected with a small tumor in her single kidney and lost 24 kg and She currently weighs 32kg. She has incontigence issues and taking mirago tablet. Earlier, she had hypertension and doc recommended stamlo around 10 years back. From then she is continuously taking stamlo even though bp is normal. Can this affect her body in anyway?

You didn't mention her BP control readings. If it was documented hypertension and the readings are within normal limits then it has to be continued lifelong with minor dose adjustments as necessary.
