Is Psyllium Husk Advisable For Duodenitis?

I have been diagnosed with duodenitis. Symptoms - loose stools, v slight discomfort in stomach region. I take physillium husks to alleviate. Diet - porridge with bananas and dates, seeded bread, berries, fish - salmon etc. Can I hope to clear this up?

Hello,

It is advisable in constipation patients. other uses like weight loss, reduce cholesterol and cardiac protection.

But during duodenitis this treatment is questionable. Please consult your gastroenterologist he does endoscopy for possible causes of duodenitis like giardia infection and treats you accordingly.
