Is Recovery Time Long After Peripheral Intravascular Stent Placement?

hello, my husband was recently hospitalized and had blood clot in his left leg. they performed surgery and placed a stent in and he was given blood thinner Heprin when he was in the hospital. He is now taking Warfin, Clopidogrel Bisulfate, and Amlodipine Besylate. My question is how long does is the average recovery time and what types of limitations are there especially working in a retail store that requires a lot of walking and standing? Will there be physical theraphy involved in the process? thank you.

Hi,

For problem treatment given is correct. It can take few days rest to avoid long time standing. You can use crepe bandage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
