Is Rectal Bleeding Caused By Taking Too Many Laxatives?

So earlier at work around 3, I went to the bathroom and had to poop. The poop did not come out black or a strange dark color but there was Bright Crimson red blood on it and it was in the toilet water, I thought I got my period but it was never that color before. So when I wipped myself there was a lot of blood from back there, and later when I got home at 6, it was still bleeding some what. And I have depression and an eating disorder, I m bulimic, so i ll throw up whatever I eat or i ll take 1-4 laxatives, pretty much every other day, usually it s two laxatives or four if I think I ate way too much. I just hate having food in my stomach, I hate it. It makes me feel disgusting. And i was wondering if the rectal bleeding was like caused from taking so many laxatives? and if this is so serious where like my health is extremely at risk where I have to go to the doctor or something? - I m 19. And my symptoms are - what seems to be dehydration cause my mouth is dry - weakness - rectal bleeding - sharp lower abdominal pain and Dizziness if you could please help me with this, it would be very appreciated and I really don t need to hear I messed up and laxatives are bad for me, I know. But if you were called fat by your mom, sister, and bullied for being fat all your life you would most likely do the same if you were as depressed as I get. Thank you.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, gone through your history carefully. There is nothing to say about your habits. The painless bleeding can be due to piles. You really need to see a Doctor. Irrespective of your habits of taking laxatives, you need to be assured that there is no serious surgical cause. Other symptoms may be related to something else.
