Is Red And Swollen Nose Post Injury A Cause For Concern?

My daughter was dancing with her sister in our living room (its hard wood flooring). She fell and smacked her nose on the floor and the bridge of her nose has two lines, its red, and very swollen. Is it broken or cracked? I have her Tylonal, am ice pack and a lot of TLC. Should I take her into the doctor?
