Is Red Flaking Skin In Vagina With Non-itchy Sores Possible STD?

This evening when I showered I noticed my labia minora was extremely red. Upon closer examination I noticed the skin around my labia majora was flaking off, and I had some skin peeled off of my clitoris as well. The labia minora area near my vaginal opening is irritated, not with sores, but it looks almost like tiny tastebuds. The skin below my vaginal opening is a little bumpy as well (though I think this could be excess skin and normal). I have had sex the past few nights, so I m wondering what the possibilities are here. I haven t noticed a change in discharge and the area doesn t itch or hurt as of yet. Is this an infection? A possible STD? Just irritation from sex? Dry skin? Etc.
