Is Rhinoplasty Safe?

Hello, I m thinking about having rhinoplasty. I am very much a chicken when it comes to needles, and any kind of pain. Plus, I have doubts on doing any type of facial reconstruction surgery on the face since it can not be covered up. However, I would still like a smaller nose. Thank you
