I have with intestinal problem for some years and I have been diagnosed by different doctors. 4 or 5 years before ,among the doctors one of them diagnosed me and take blood tests, stool, and Endoscopy exam and finally told me that I have duodenum ulcer and bacteria on my stomach. He prescribed me medicines and recommend me my diet or how and what to eat.I tried to follow his recommendation for some time but I couldn't continue that way for so long. Some doctors told me to have physical exercise and get good rest and they also gave me medicine to have quite sleep without distraction.By the way I have a height of 1.68cm and 74.1kg weight and I am now 36 year of old. This time I have been doing exercise in GYM 2 or 3 times a week mostly aerobics type but I am not comfortable at the beginning or the physical exercise but at last when I finished and took shower I got mental and physical relief. My question is areobic exercise such as running, jumping robe and the like comfortable for my health or does physical exercise not recommended for my kind of health problem?By the way, since I am living in third world country such as Ethiopia, I ve paracitic problems too such as Ameoba and Jardia and related ones.Thank you in advance for your cooperation and feedback. My email address YYYY@YYYY
