Is Sciatic Neuritis Curable?

helloo im dr ejaz sana from pakistan my field is cadiology.im experiencing mild pain in centre of my left buttock and tingling on my left heel only im told sciatic neuritis is it completely recoverable....i have long sitting hours about 10 hrs a day is it due to compression on sciatic nerve directly?
