Is Scratching Ring Of Blisters On Anus And Body Be Due To Hepa And Hib Vaccinations?

Hi, my dauhter is 19 months and took her shots, hepa and hib, on saturday. I don t know if this is related, but I noticed her scratching her anus very hard and frequently and when I checked her out, she has a ring of re blisters around her anus and also red bumbs/blisters on her hands, chest and stomach. what can this be? please help.
