General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The stricture urethra is a very notorious surgical condition with known chances of re-appearance after surgery.

There are different options for the same after stricture surgery as:
- Continue regular self-intermittent catheterization as per doctor`s advice and be in regular follow up with your consultant urologist.
- If you want to get rid of the above option, go for urethroplasty.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
