Seronegative arthitides include diseases such as Ankylosing spondylitis, Reiters arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Lupus arthritis. All these are negative in serology, that is they dont contain the typical Rheumatic antigen. You have not mentioned your symptoms because each of these disorders can have different presentation.
