Is Severe Headache, Dizziness And Flashing In Peripheral Vision Side Effects Of Antibiotics?

Hello,I am 32 -started taking antibiotics for UTI 3 days ago,yesterday I got a severe headache and light dizzines.it also seemed like a had a bit of flashing in my peripheral vision( after I want outside for about 30min).My doctor said its normal,but I ve taken antibiotics before and never experiences anything like that. Is it really normal?

sometimes bioavailability of the drug will be high than the previous treatment,
non specific symptoms are common....
these resolves once drug concentration reduces in the body,,,

ll be alright within 18-24 hrs,,
