Hi,

Usually after a L3 fracture, there may be entrapment of the root of nerves or adhesion that may cause Pain and intractable burning sensation.

Visiting the Er for the same is beneficial to undergo tests and proper treatment for the same. Avoid mobility at the same time.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni, General & Family Physician
