Is Shelcal Or Calcimax The Better Medication For Knee Pain?
shelcal vs calcimax which one is better? During pregnancy doctor had advised me to take calcimax forte but now after 9 months of delivery I have pain in my knees so an orthopedician suggested me to take shellcal. which one is better and the difference between them. thankyou

they are basically the same comprising calcium and vitamin D.
however if you are having pain in the knees you should be taking higher doses of vitamn D like calcirol, once a week for 6 weeks and then continue monthly.
