Is Shoulder Pain After Workouts Due To Muscle Imbalance?
My shoulders feel really tired when I do some kind of exercise with my shoulders even with really light weight and I feel this tiredness when lifting other things as well during the day, it happens with both of my shoulders. I workout but I don t know if this is some kind if muscle imbalance or something deeper. During my workout I wasn t as educated and I did a bit more on pressing.
I think you are putting too much load on shoulder muscle with out proper training. Avoid doing push up and weight lift. After some weeks when pain is gone then gradually increase weight and do proper warm up before exercises. Take good protein diet and tablet B complex. Wait for a month. this pain will disappear, If it persist then get a MRI of the shoulder.
