Is Smoking Marijuana With Gastritis Harmful?

hi, iv had gastritis for 6 days now. this is the first time i have ever been diagnosed with such a problem. i did a fasting for 4 days. i was vomiting for 4 days too. i have not vomited for 2 days. just wanted to know if it will be ok to smoke a very small marijuana joint. with or without backy i dont know what would be the best could you please advise me. before you do ill explain my medical history. 8 weeks and 3 dqays ago i was hit by a mini bus sending me 75 feet. breaking my frontal lobe, both eye brows which my right one went up into my brain causing a bleed which i had to have brain surgery to stop the bleed. i also broke 8 ribs my right shoulder blade, knee, and torn all my ligaments on my left knee. i also broke my left arm just above the elbow aswell as chipping my funny bone off and fracturing the joint in my elbow causing me to have to get a screw into it. also i have multiple facial fractures. the reason for the marijuana is for the pain well it was for the pain of my accident but the past 6 days i was diagnosed with gastritis and havent had any marijuana since but the pain is really bad from my accident still and i have no pain killers the only thing which relieved pain was a small joint each night which helped me get to sleep. could you please let me know if smoking marijuana with gastritis will be harmful please. thanks you very much, andy.
