Is Sperm Count Of 65 Million/ml Normal?

Hi Dr. Please find below my Semen Analysis report
Quantity: 1ml,
Color: Milki White,
Viscosity:WNL,
Reaction:Alkaline,
Liquefaction:25 Min,
Deposits:NIL,
Count:65MN/ML,
Sperm Motility: Active=45% / Sluggish=35% / IMMOTILE=20%, Morphology: Normal=55% / Abnormal = 45%,
Epithelial Cells : 1-2/hpf,
Pus Cells: 2-3/hpf,
Erythrocytes:NIL
Please let me know is this ok for me to be a father.Advice me if any medecine is required

Your semen analysis report is absolutely normal.

Sperm count 65 millions/ml is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions /ml.
55% motile sperms is absolutely normal.Normally at least 55% sperms should be motile for normal fertilization.
Other findings are also normal.Colour and viscosity of semen are normal.
Few pus and epithelial cells are normal.
