Is Spotting And Cramping Signs Of Menopause?
I have not had a period for 5 yrs and tonight I saw a little blood in my underwear. My dr did blood work and confirmed that I had gone through menopause at that time. My stomach feels a little cramplike it did when I was supposed to start my period. What should I do?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If bleeding happens, you have to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. Postmenopausal bleeding can be a sign of serious conditions like uterine cancer.
You have to get an ultrasound scan for further assessment.
