Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
if Xray and blood work is normal you need not to worry. It's just blunt trauma to chest and will take time to heal. I would advise wearing chest belt to relieve pain. apply ice packs locally. Take tablet diclofenac 50 mg two times a day for pain relief along with tab rantac 150.mg twice a day before meals. Avoid heavy exertion and running and climbing. Hope this is useful to you.
