Is Steroid Treatment Safe And Effective For Body Building?

hello,my age is 20.My height is 6 feet and i weigh 65 kgs.I am looking to get a great body.I am doing gym since last 1 year but improvement is so so.my gym coach had adiviced me to take steroids which increases the size of the body.I saw in net that there will be many side effect by it.But i am intersted in doing that and at same way i am worried.please suggest me weather it is safe to take them.If so how much quantity is safe?I am just looking to take it once and maintain the improvement which i will get through it what do u suggest?

I'd strongly warn you against the use of steroids. Many potential body-builders come wanting to take steroids.

Steroids may help you in building your body fast but the possible side effects of steroids will make you repent later for taking them. Steroids have a very bad effect on your body. Once you develop dependence, it will be impossible for you to live without them.

Rather, take a proper diet and protein supplements under proper guidance if you want to have a proper and strong body
