Is Stomach Cramping, Nausea With Back Pains A Sign Of Pregnancy?
A week ago my boyfriend stuck his penis in me with no condom and he cummed in me later on that night I started getting cramps on my uterous and I kept getting it for two day a third day came and I was feeling nausea and having lower back pains and my stomach was feeling like there was butterflies and latley ive been feeling like im bloated by my uterous could I be pregnant?

Yes stomach cramp, nausea and back pain are the symptoms of pregnancy as you had unprotected sexual intercourse.
But it should be confirmed by urine pregnancy kit/blood HCG or USG scan if period will delayed by 10-12 days from normal period date.
Blood HCG and USG are more sensitive and specific than urine pregnancy kit.
So go for USG/Blood HCG if urine pregnancy test will come inconclusive.
