Is Stomach Disorder A Cause For Lower Immunity?

Hi, I have mucus in my stools. I think this has been for the past few months. Last month I had a vomit bug for a night, then shortly after I had bad diarrhea for a week and then a week after that I had Dengue Fever, which lasted roughly 2 weeks. That ended around 10 days ago. Could I have something in my stomach which is lowering my immunity? (living in the tropics)
