Is Stomach Pain With Blood In Stool Common?

Hi
I have pain in my stomac and it has last for almost 3 days. My testicles also hurts when the pain comes. And my poop is full of blood.
Went to the doctor today but he only said that i should wait a few more days before we can take some tests.
Is this a common problem? What can this be? Been lying on the couch all day screaming of pain. Need some tips

* Stomach pain with blood in stool is not common at all.
* This warrants underlying intestinal infection like colitis or else ; drug
induced ;possible inflammatory bowel disease , bleeding gastric or
duodenal ulcers & many other intra abdominal pathology like tumors
etc .
* Definite evaluations in the form of laboratory parameters , ultrasound of
abdomen & pelvis, colonoscopy are vital to conclude the definite reason .
