Is Stomach Pain With Vomiting A Normal Signs Of Stomach Upset?
5 days ago I suffered from an upset stomach (vomitting & slight diarrohea) but since then have felt really tired with headaches and have noticed dark spit first thing in the morning when cleaning my teeth (doesn't look like blood). Is this just the aftermath of a bad tummy upset?
