Hi & Welcome to HCM.
Stomach upset can be caused by both the prescribed medications.
The most common side effects of Flagyl (Metronidazole) include nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, metallic taste, dizziness and headache.
Whereas Levaquin (Levofloxacin) can also cause nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, joint/tendon problems (such as tendonitis, bursitis), skin allergy on exposure to sun light, etc.
These side effects are self limiting and will subside once you complete the course of the antibiotics. However, consult your treating physician for the side effects like sleep disturbances as you may need some sedative for the symptomatic relief.
Hope this will help.
