ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

There is no direct relation between strep and pityriasis rosea as the former is a bacterial infection while the latter is fungal.
However if you are getting both the infections then further investigation is required to determine your immune levels as they both indicate low immunity
You must consult an ENT and also an infection specialist as soon as possible so that any immunity problems can be sorted out

regards
