Is Stress Echo Required Every Year Despite Normal Results?

Hi, I had a stress echo 1 year ago and my results came back normal. About a week ago, I started having mild chest pains. Could my arteries get clogged from 1 year ago? Could I have developed heart disease with 1 year? Should I make an appointment for another stress echo?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history give here I could say that if the echo in first place turned unremarkable then no need to go for second echo unless you have some clinical manifestation, here you have not mentioned the clinical complaint here, if you do not have any clinical complain then no need to go for any test care and have a nice day.
