Is Sunnath Safe At Age26 ?

I 26 yrs aged male.Due to sexual inter corse . my foreskin got scare.now the doctors are advising me to do sunnath operation.Is it safe to do the operaation at this age & Does any problem occurs in future during sex inter corse with parter ? Pls help me in this problem.

sunnath operation is Circumcision. They are different opinions. Some research say there are many sensory receptors in foreskin and they are lot in surgery. But others say opposite opinion.
