Is Surgery Advisable For Enlarged Adenoid And Tonsillitis In Kids?

Hi doctor, wanted to know if adenoid will automatically disaffair if the children will turn to 7years old? Imy son has inlarged adenoid and tonsilities and he was difficulty on breathing when he is sleeping and snoring loud. Can you advise if this will affect on my son in any ways because his doctor advised me to surgery the tonsilities and adenoid but my affaid it might cause side effect?

Lymphoid tissue grows up to 12 years and then start regressing.
Better wait till 14 years before undergoing surgery unless there is recurrent tonsillitis.
After that everything will become normal.
