Is Surgery Needed For Septate Uterus?

Hi, Just now got my tubal potency test report, diagnosis is septet uterus (not quite complete septate as there are 2 cervical canals that adjoin only one external os), right cavity could not be assessed using saline infusion, right tube could not be assessed today. this is my report. Do I have to undergo surgery ?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be case of surgery but it is advisable to have second opinion before think about the surgery, hope this information helps.
