ebsteins anomaly presenting early in neonatal period has poor prognosis. surgical intervention is the only definitive treatment for this condition. prostaglandin has to be given to maintain the patency of PDA which is maintaining the pulmonary blood flow. surgery involves tricuspid valve repair and closure of the pda. severe TR has very poor prognosis and the will require immediate surgery. Glenn shunt(SVC with PA) might be required in some cases.
