Is Surgery The Right Option For ACL Tear In Right Ligament?
Hi..this is shiva.. I fell down while playing badminton in my office 1yr back..got MRI scanned and found that acl complete tear right ligament..I used ayurvedic for 5 months and became some what OK but not as fit as before..I cannot run, I cannot jump, I cannot climb stairs like before...so went to ayurvedic centre and explained my situation but they said that they cannot cure my injuiry more than this..so I want to play and continue to be like before...should I go for surgery? Can I be like before after surgery? Is it safe to have surgery?plz suggest me...and my age is 30 yrs

Surgery will be the best possible option. You can opt for arthroscopic repair, which has got best results and you can very well return to normal activities after the surgery.
