hello sir good afternoon, I am saravanan... I had suffer with vomit problem for past seven years... I eat well and sleep well during night time, but suddenly vomit will occur for me in morning time- vomit means the food all are digested well, only the saliva and yellow colour come through vomit. Dr. told me after endoscope that Lax less antral gastrics i am having, so want to operate nu... If i operate means the problem wont come ah sir.. Tell me clearly...

Antral gastritis does not need any surgery. It can be treated with medications.
Your doctor would have discussed about surgery for a probable hiatal hernia and reflux disease. But even for these conditions, medications are enough. Surgery is only the last option when medical therapy fails.
