Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This might suggest a large hematoma collected there, or beginning of secondary infection. Kindly see your doctor to evaluate and treat accordingly. Meanwhile, take Ibuprofen tablet to relieve pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
