Is Taking Insulin On Regular Basis Causes Passing Out?

i AM A INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETIC (INJ. 5 X DAILY ACCORDING TO CARB INTAKE) 6 A.M. READING WAS 200 WITH INSULIN, 1 METFORMIN BY 11 IT WAS 144 BUT IN THE MEANTIME i EITHER PASS OUT OR FALL ASLEEP WITHOUT WARNING AT MY DESK. WAKE UP QUICKLY WITHOUT REALIZING IT HAPPENS / DON T KNOW IF I PASS OOUT OR FALL ASLEEP. IS IT BECAUSE OF THE DROP IN BLOOD SUGAR

Hello,

Your blood sugar values does not suggest any hypoglycemia(low blood sugar) during the episode. So in my opinion I would rule out hypoglycemia as the cause for it.
I would like to suggest you to consult a neurologist to rule out any neurological cause behind this episode.
