Is Taking Montair Effective For Running Nose And Cough ?

hi , my son is one yr 2 months ..we get frequent cold and cough with wheezing and nose running ..our child specialist has gvn MONTAIR -4 he is taking that frm al most 15 days ,,but again he is started little nose running and coughing but its vry less thn b fore ..but i want to know is it normal with the continuation of MONTAIR he is having this coughing problem ..also pls note i ( mother ) having strong history of cold and ashtama in the past but not currently having...
my doctors saying he is allegic to dust n strong fragrance etc...

i want to is this normal hvng this problem of cold with the continuous montair - 4
yes and no a days he put his hands every where and put his hand in the mouth

pls advise

I am so sorry to hear about what your son is experiencing. Montair is a good drug for allergic rhinitis and this seems to be what your child has. This is further supported by the history of you having similar problems. This drug is meant to suppress the disease manifestation.I think it is working well because you report a significant change in the intensity of symptoms. The other very important thing to do is to try and prevent him from coming into contact with all what he is allergic too. That is the single and most effective way to limit the burden of allergy related diseases.
