Is Taking Oxicodine With Herbal And Vitamin Supplements Safe?

Hello, I was prescribed oxicodine as a post surgery med yesterday. I am also want to reestablsh my vitamin regimen and move to ibuprofen instead oxicodine as soon as possible. I am wondering about the following vitamins and herbal supplements combined with the oxicodine. Ester C, Arith D(mostly vitamin D,) multi vitamin, vitaminA, omega3/6/9, echinacea and St Johns Wart. Thank you

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Neither Oxycodone,a narcotic analgesic nor Ibuprofen,a NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) has any interaction with any vitamin supplements or omega3/6/9 fatty acids.
However the composition or active ingredients of herbal supplements like echinacea and St Johns Wart are unspecified and hence no comments or recommendation can be made precisely.
