Is Tear On The Inside Of Nose Separating The Nostrils Concerning?

my son 21yr got punched in the face in his nose I notice he has a tear on the inside seperateing the 2 nostrl will this heal on it s own does he need medical attention for a tear on inside tip of nose he has a hole between the twon nostril on the inside

It is likely to be healed by itself but he may consult ENT surgeon for better management. Analgesic such as ibuprofen will be of benefit in pain relief. Vitamin B and C help in recovery.
