Is Tetra Packed Milk Safer Than The General Package Of Milk For Infants?

Hello sir, my baby is heading towards ninth month and now we have heard about the tetra pack milk which is more safer than the common milk packet so which is fine for him skimmed cow/buffalo milk or normal buffalo milk, we are very much confused. So plz suggest. Thank you
