Is That 140/90 BP Level Is OK, At The Time Of Pregnancy ?
i am in 33rd week of my pregnancy . my age is 26 yrs. this is my 1st pregnancy. till 32nd week my bp was 110/70. but now its 140/90. is it dangerous? what are the natural remedies?

Your BP is inncreased. But we cant tell it is dangerous. You have have make your diet proper. That is avoid salt , fried food, oily food. Do u have any stressful situation or had any stressful situation which might have trigered the Bp. you can take homoeopathy medicine after consulting a homoeopath which have no sideeffects. and it will not harm your baby. You have to relax your mind. And do regular meditation. Homoeo medicines are natural and you will get a healthy baby.
