Is The HIV Test Accurate Here?

Hello,
Im really worried due to the fact that i had unprotected oral sex performed to me and i dont know his hiv status, by tge way im a female. His lips looked a little chapped. I got tested at 21 & 39 after possible exposure and the tests came back negative, so my questions are... How accurate are the tests after the days mentioned above and was my exposure high risk?

Primary test are obviously negative in those days. It takes six months of mord for appear. Its called window period. You should go for antigen based test for confifmation.
