Is The Petellofemoral Pain Syndrome Not Curable And Should I Switch The Knee Braces To A Cane Or A Special Crutch?

I have petellofemoral pain syndrome, so severe I have a hard time walking at all. It has been this way since I was eight years old that I can remember. I ve been told sometimes there is just no cure, and I have been wearing knee braces on both legs for 18 months. Should I switch to a cane or a special crutch? The only activity that doesnt hurt is swimming.

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears that you are in agony. Avoid tension, and lead a free life style.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. Muscle relaxant pain killer like mefanamic acid500mg, once daily and muscle relaxant local application.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken,
and sea foods if you are comfortable you can continue avoiding them.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
