Is The Brown Discharge Due To The Effects Of Postinor?

Hi, My last menstrual cycle was on 19/6/15. I had unprotected sex on the 7/7/15 in which my partner released in me several times. Not sure if I was ovulating. Eight hours after, I took the first dose of postinor and the second dose exactly 12hrs after. From since then I have been experiencing burning abdominal cramps in left and right side of pelvic region, back pain breast tenderness. Yesterday i noticed a pink and brown discharge. Is it too early to confirm pregnancy or is this the effects of postinor. My next cycle is due on 17/7/15. Also i suffer from PCOS.

Hello
You had sex after 18th day of menstruation cycle .
This day may be risky , may NOT be risky.
But as you mentioned that you took postinor on stipulated day and time , so in my opinion there is no chance of getting pregnancy .
As far concerned about symptoms like pelvic region pain, breast tenderness , these may be due to hormonal imbalance or tension or stress.
However after 7 days of delay period date , you can get home pregnancy test for pregnancy confirmation.
You are also having pcos , so irregular menstruation is common.
Wait for another 5-6 days for any conclusion.
