Hi,
After going through and reports, I find it that you cholesterol level ( normally 150-200) is high and it is definitely unhealthy. If you are a female, triglycerides level is also high, while in males it could be normal.
You need to reduce your cholesterol level to less than 200mg/dl either through life style modifications or medications.
High cholesterol increases the incidence of cardiovascular complications like myocardial infarction and control is absolutely necessary.
Life style modifications include
1. weight reduction,
2. high fiber diet with good fat and low cholesterol
3. Continue your regular walk

Any further queries, happy to help you again.
