Is The Gurgling Sound In The Groin Be Due To The Problem In Veins Or Urinary System?

I have had DVT in both legs. I am under warfarin treatment.
My question is about a gurgling sensation in the right side of the groin. I'm not sure whether this relates to the vein, or the urinary system or the reproductive system. It started a week ago, lasted for part of the day, went away, and now it has been back for about 18 hours. There is no pain. It just feels as if I am feeling something that I don't usually feel.
Any ideas?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have gurgling sound in groin.
Gurgling sound is always due to bowel moments and not due to a problem in veins and bladder.
